Aging is inevitable, but how you look is up to you.
Facelift Before and After
Aging of the face is inevitable. Though there are several procedures that target facial rejuvenation, a facelift is the most comprehensive way to treat facial wrinkles and laxity due to aging. A facelift removes excess skin and tightens underlying tissues and muscles to provide a smooth and more youthful appearance.
Will I look pulled too tight or windblown and shiny?
Dr. Kelly takes great pride in accomplishing a very natural result. He believes there is no reason to pull your skin that tight when the foundation of your face has been appropriately lifted.
Why don’t you use general anesthesia for your facelifts?
First of all it is not truly necessary for a patient having a facelift to undergo the very real risks that general anesthesia presents. It is true that modern anesthesia is safer than in the past but risks are still there. Without general anesthesia the first few days of recovery are significantly easier.
Why doesn’t everyone do a facelift with your technique?
The national average for plastic surgeons is to perform 18-20 facelifts per year. Over a 30 year career, most surgeons retire having performed around 600 facelifts. By performing over 1,500 facelifts in the past 8 years, Dr. Kelly has perfected his unique technique.
